Here's how . . .We found a home that fit our wishlist & called the Listing Agent, Catherine. She made us feel comfortable & valuable right from the start. She worked with another agent on her team & facilitated an offer for us. It was accepted & we began looking for a buyer for our home. Catherine, in AR, was setting up inspectors, getting contractor quotes & staying connected with us every step. During escrow & after 2 video tours, we took a trip to visit the home & meet the contractors to finalize repairs. We discovered there was more fixing up than we had planned. Over 19 years I have been blessed to be able buy 3 houses in NWA. All three were thru big-name full commission brokers who's service was so bad they barely deserved 1%; but got 3%. Last month I was able to sell one of my houses thru 1 Percent Lists Arkansas and thanks to the skills and efforts of Catherine and Jennifer I actually received full commission (better) service that put the other big name agencies to shame.
